Based on our research, Pekiner looks like a surgeon-led, ethics-first option with a track record of natural, dense hairlines and careful donor use, offset by real communication and access issues.1234567891117 We have seen multiple satisfied reports highlighting soft, natural hairlines and dense packing in the frontal band, including documented densities around 55 to 57 grafts per cm².13451819 Results are not uniform. Some patients describe see-through density or need a small refinement, and there is at least one detailed account at 10 months reporting essentially no visible improvement despite strict aftercare.61720 The positive, photo-backed outcomes appear more common in these posts, but there is enough low-density or poor-yield signal that consistency cannot be assumed.451720 The bigger structural drawback is access and communication.
